We cover all of central Barcelona and most surrounding areas. If your hotel is within the city, we can almost certainly reach you.
We regularly visit guests at W Barcelona, Hotel Arts, Mandarin Oriental, Almanac, Cotton House, The One, Majestic, and many more. But any hotel with a private room works perfectly.
Hotels outside central Barcelona may incur an additional travel fee. Just ask — we'll be upfront about any extra cost before you confirm.

No. Our therapists arrive looking like any other visitor — elegantly dressed, nothing that suggests the nature of the appointment. She'll simply say she's visiting a guest. Most Barcelona hotels are used to this.
Nothing special. We bring everything — massage oils, towels, sheets, and any equipment needed for the service. Just make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature. If you're booking Nuru, we'll bring waterproof covers for the bed.
A day's notice is ideal, but same-day bookings are often possible, especially on weekday mornings. Evenings and weekends fill up faster, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of getting the therapist and time you want.
Yes, outcall rates are higher than in-spa prices to cover travel time and preparation. The exact pricing depends on the service and your location. We'll give you the full price before you commit — no surprises.
Our outcall service is available until 22:00 for last arrivals. If you need a later session, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
We ask for at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations. Less than that, and a cancellation fee may apply. We understand plans change — just let us know as soon as possible.
